Q:What are your rates?
A: Since our sound systems are scalable, the rates are determined by what equipment is needed. Location and type of event are also used in
fee calculations. The minimum fee is $100.00 Computer and Network repair has many factors. In house bench rate is $35.00 per hour. Call today for a quote.

Q: What is your service area?
A: We service the greater Central and North Texas areas.

Q: What kind of electrical power is required for your production services?
A: That depends on the systems and options used in the event. Our full sound system 3 separate 20 amp circuits
at 120 volts AC., Portable generator power is acceptable. However, the gen-set must be an inverter type and connected to an Earth Ground. If multiple gen-sets are used, they will be required to be grounded together as well as each one connected to earth ground.

Q: Do you rent out your Music and Karaoke Libraries?
A: Our Music and Karaoke Libraries are NOT available for rental.

Q: How do you run the Karaoke performer rotation of your shows?
A: All rotation lists for the event are established on a first come first serve basis. If a person should fail to appear in 2 rotation cycles, it is assumed the person has left or is no longer interesting in performing. The name will be erased from the list. If this person should wish to perform again, the name will be added to the bottom of the rotation. Our Karaoke Hosts realize that we are not hired to entertain. We will however put our names in the rotation to get it started. If the rotation count exceeds 18 names, we will take ourselves out of rotation.

Q: Can you host at outdoor events?
A: Absolutely. The location of the sound system must be at least 50 feet away from any water. If using any metal structure for a stage, it must be connected to Earth Ground. Of course, weather is always a factor.

Q: Can you host at a Tailgate Party?
A: Absolutely. Additional fees may be required.

Q: Can you host at a party in my private home?
A: Perhaps. Our systems are scalable but even the smallest configuration would be too big to use in the average size Living Room or Den. Send us a note to info@mis-waco.com and we would be happy to discuss your party plans.

Q: I have an event coming up in two weeks and the previous company I had arrangements with backed out. Can you help us?
A: In most cases, something can be worked out. If all our systems are booked, we have reliable partners we can refer you to.

Q: Can I just rent a sound system from you? We know how to operate it.
A: It depends on the complexity of the system you need. We'll look at this on a case by case bases. A cash deposit of up to the retail value of the system will likely be required. 100% of all deposits will be refunded if the system is returned without damage.

Q: Why should I care that my PC was assembled in Central Texas?
A: If you have trouble, your support is local, the money stays right here to support the local economy, and most importantly you will be able to understand the engineer if you should call for support. Not to mention, our PCs are built 100 percent Bloatware free.

Q: I have a specific system in mind. If I bought all the parts, would you assemble and test it for me?
A: Absolutely. Standard bench rates will apply. Depending on the complexity of the system, the average labor time will be around 2 hours. We will bench test it for free which will take about 24 hours. We cannot be held responsible for compatibility issues.
